In house amenities include new furniture...tropically themed, old world, and comfortable. The house is approximately 4000 square feet, decorated in bright, tasteful Caribbean flare, with teak-oiled, exposed, vaulted cathedral ceilings. You'll find custom, exciting trim work in every room, including the master bathroom and master walk-in closet.

There are three full bedroom suites; two junior and one master. They are all located on the second story, which keeps the trade winds moving through very well and offers superb views of the ocean. All bedrooms have bathrooms with walk-in showers. Two twin beds in the mermaid green junior suite can be used separately, or put together to form a king; the limelight junior suite and the master suite both have king-size beds. New mattresses, pillows, linens, blankets, mattress pads, coverlets, beach and bath towels, all of very high quality, are included.

The master bedroom is approximately 700 square feet, with a king bed, walk-in closet, and full bath with tub. Pedestal sinks are in all bathrooms (two in the master), including the powder room on the first floor. The entire house is adorned with upscale, brushed nickel and chrome fixtures.

All suites have walk out balconies overlooking the ocean through eight foot sliding doors (three in the master suite alone) covered with lovely, custom made shades/sheers so you can see the beautiful scenery and still have privacy. Every window has a view of Juba Salina/Flamingo Lake. We are ON THE BEACH with a walkway that meanders through the indigenous flora to the shore. This flora is interesting, rare, and can only be found occurring on TCI.

Our personal Property Manager will meet you at the airport and escort you to the Tropidero House. The Property Manager will be "on call" for any other help or information you may need.

Maid service mid-week is included.

All floor areas are tiled, including decks in custom patterns of sun-motifs, through large custom entry doors. There are palm trees at the rear entrance and a huge compass on the living room floor. Three eight-foot sliding doors and a nine-foot sliding door can be found in the living area.

DirectTV Satellite TV, DVD, Stereo and Internet are included in every room. The living room has an entertainment center to house all of the components and your music.

Full Alarm system.

A shaded area under the junior suites offers two double hammocks.

The full modern and NEW kitchen has tiled countertops, an electric range, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, new cookware, glasses, flatware and dishware.
