We can arrange an airport pickup, private chefs, maids, or a limo to pick you up and take you to our villa. You can rent a car, or have groceries and liquors of your choice awaiting your arrival. We want to assist in making your vacation fun and memorable!

Weekly Rates for 2009- 2010

Villa Tropidero ( Villa Tropidero) rates are year round, as we do not have a low and high season rate.

A/C is included in the rates. No extra charges, but abuse will be charged at current rates from electric company and charged back to guests.

$6000.00 weekly for full villa ( 6 guests) or 3 suites

$5300.00 weekly for 3-4 people or 2 suites

$4500.00/ weekly for 1-2 people or 1 suite

Spring Break - March 13-27, 2010 - $8500.00/week (no lock of available)

Easter Week - April 3-10, 2010 - $8500.00/week (no lock off available)

Thanksgiving Week - Nov. 20-28, 2010 $8500.00/week (no lock off available)

 

Christmas Week - Dec. 18-25, 2010 - $8500.00/week (no lock off available)

 

New Year's Week - Dec. 29, 2010 - Jan. 2, 2011/week- $8500.00/week ( no lock off available)

Christmas and New Year's Bookings must be paid in full at time of booking and there is a NO REFUND POLlCY, if the property cannot be rebooked for the same dates .

Note: Air conditioning through out the villa is included.

There are several airlines traveling to the Turks and Caicos.  Check in with AA, BA, Delta, West Jet, Continental and Air Canada to get schedules.

All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars. An 11% government accommodation tax must be added to all rates.

There is a 50% deposit required to reserve Villa Tropidero.

A refundable damage deposit is also required, which will be returned after your stay, provided there are no damages.

Paid bookings will NOT be returned if reservations are cancelled within 60 days of visit. If you cancel in writing more than 60 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $500.00 administration/ cancellation fee.
In case of emergency, bookings can be moved to different dates at comparable rates with $500.00 administration fee. Must be accompanied by documentation as to emergency, i.e. physicians letter, if medical emergency, etc.

We are accepting children 4 years and up with signed accident release form. Sorry, we do not allow smoking nor pets in the villa.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

We offer one large master suite and two junior suites to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. If your party has fewer than 6 people, inquire about our "suite lock-off" option. The suite lock-off option enables you to get a better rate with less people.

Note: Ask about adjacent villas when more space is needed.
