We can arrange an airport pickup, private chefs, maids, or a limo to pick you up and take you to our villa. You can rent a car, or have groceries and liquors of your choice awaiting your arrival. We want to assist in making your vacation fun and memorable!

Weekly Rates for 2008- 2009

Tropidero House ( Villa Tropidero) rates are year round, as we do not have a low and high season rate.

$4800.00 weekly for full villa ( 6 guests) or 3 suites

$4300.00 weekly for 3-4 people or 2 suites

$3800.00/ weekly for 1-2 people or 1 suite

Spring Break - Mar 8-22, 2008- $7300.00/week (with no lock off option)

Easter Week - March 22-29, 2008 - $7300.00/week (with no lock off option)

Thanksgiving Week - Nov. 22-Nov. 29, 2008- $7300.00/week ( no lock off availability). 

 

Christmas Weeks -  Dec. 13 - Dec. 27, 2008. 14 night minimum $7300.00/week ( no lock off availability).

 

New Year's Week - Dec. 27, 2008- Jan 3, 2009- $7300.00/ week ( no lock off availability).

Note: Air conditioning through out the villa is included.

There are several airlines traveling to the Turks and Caicos.  Check in with AA, BA, Delta, TWA, Continental and Air Canada to get schedules.

All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars. A 10% government accommodation tax must be added to all rates.

There is a 50% deposit required to reserve Tropidero House.

A refundable damage deposit is also required, which will be returned after your stay, provided there are no damages.

Deposits will NOT be returned if reservations are cancelled within 60 days of visit. If you cancel in writing more than 60 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $500.00 administration/ cancellation fee.

Children 8 years or older are welcome. Sorry, we do not allow smoking nor pets in the villa.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

We offer one large master suite and two junior suites to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. If your party has fewer than 6 people, inquire about our "suite lock-off" option. The suite lock-off option enables you to get a better rate with less people.

Note: Ask about adjacent villas when more space is needed.

We had the pleasure of spending our vacation in the beautifully furnished Tropidero Villa. The Villa, with it's spectacular views, it's own beach, sea kayaks, daily walks in the ocean in thigh high crystal clear water to other small islands, swimming pool, hammocks ... we were in pure private paradise! The amazing colors of the sea against the white sand and the fish we saw snorkeling, have provided  memories for life and inspirations for my oil paintings. A true vacation!

We had a fantastic time at Tropidero House!  We stayed there with two other couples and the villa was set up perfectly - we each had our own suite.  The views from the villa were simply spectacular.  We spent much of our time simply relaxing in the pool and taking it easy.  We all kayaked to the nearby islands and thoroughly enjoyed the snorkeling there.  There were also other spectacular areas to snorkel on the island. 
We spent many of our evenings by the pool or on the beach taking in the amazing night sky. This truly is a piece of paradise.  Don't forget to buy some Turks Head Beer!

"Our family had a wonderful week at the Tropidero House. The house occupies the MOST beautiful location on the entire island...it's spetacular! The view is mesmerizing and the water is beautiful-it was very hard to leave at the end of the week! We were pleasantly surprised at the sandy beach since most of the other homes have a much rockier coastline. The girls soaked up the sun all day long!

Your home was comfortable for our family of six, and our favorite spot was the breezeway!! At the end of a sun filled day, the hammocks (and cocktails) were the #1 HOT spot for us! We even played games out there on the patio table! Sunsets are beautiful out there...

Ben was ready to head back down there yesterday when it started turning gray and rainy here in NJ!! We had a wonderful trip, and thank you for allowing us to stay in your new home.

"We had a great time. I have never seen water that blue. We didn't get to see any whales, but then we knew those were closer to Grand Turk. The Villa was very nice. . . . Your beach area is spectacular; we spent all our mornings there. Of the group there are two home builders, an appraiser, and three real estate agents, so we had a great time seeing all the real estate on the island. I think one of the guys is ready to buy."
